One guy at LS was using this kind of digital auscam, and you can see why it was ditched by the army - dunno what it is but the stuff just doesn't work as well as MARPAT, Flektarn or other digital camo.

As you can see in the pics the SORD Auscam looks a lot better than the Platatac Stuff. Sucks that goverment agencies can only get the SORD Auscam.
The SORD Auscam is being used by VicSOG.

The Platatac Auscam is waaay to bright. Laughing I wouldn't wear that in combat if they payed me!
